Casino Industry and Tourism: An Interview with Casitabi Casino

The Kingdom of Tonga is a country located in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. The country is made up of over 170 islands, which are mostly untouched, making the country an ideal tourist spot.

Agriculture is the principal sector of the country’s economy, along with fishing, animal husbandry, and timber production. The tourism sector also acts as a contributor to the country’s economy.

The Kingdom of Tonga is a beautiful destination full of tropical rainforests, coral reefs, sandy beaches, and the blue sea. It has a variety of flora and fauna and magnificent volcanic landscapes. The island country is extremely picturesque and makes for a unique getaway for tourists.

There is a lot to see and plenty of activities and adventures that one could enjoy. Apart from sightseeing, tourists can enjoy water sports and adventures such as scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, sailing, and whale watching. Tourists can go on hikes, camping, horse riding along the beaches, and much more.

For those travelers who would like to have a peaceful and calm experience, they could take part in the Tongan rituals and experience their authentic and rich culture and generosity and hospitality of the country’s people.

Kim Jean(KJ), a journalist from Tonga, had a wonderful interview with Higashide Makoto(HM), the COO of Casitabi Casinos. In their conversation, Makoto revealed that his company has worked with many land-based casinos in Hongkong and Macao in the past and hopes to start a land-based Casino in the Kingdom of Tongo.

What does Casitabi Do?

We are online casino service providers whose target market is the Asian Market. Our company was founded in Japan in the year 2015 and currently has over a thousand online slots of different varieties such as anime-themed slots and video slots, which players would never get bored of using. We have been working with other online casinos as well as land-based casinos. We are one of the top online game service providers and specialize in casino games such as Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, and Casino slots.

What makes Tonga the best place to build a land-based casino?

We decided to build our land-based casino in Tonga as it is a destination that is frequented by a number of tourists. The average age of the tourists that visit the country happens to be the perfect age for a casino player. It is a wonderful opportunity to tap into this population as it could potentially contribute to the economy of the country and give it a good boost.

Why would you choose a land-based casino?

A: A land-based casino would give players a chance to experience a proper old-fashioned gambling experience. It would act as an enjoyable activity to engage in for tourists as well as the local population. Land-based casinos have a faster payout time compared to online casinos and are often considered to be more credible than online casinos. Certain online casinos have restrictions that only allow certain citizens to play on their site. In a land-based casino, anyone from any caste, creed, or country can enjoy gambling as long as they are of the legal age.

The Kingdom of Tonga is thrilled and enthusiastic about this new venture. It hopes that this new collaboration with Casitabi Casinos will help boost the country’s economy by bringing in more revenue and tourists. We thank you for your support and look forward to serving you well.
